BOTOX also relaxes overactive facial muscles on and around the nose. These muscles can cause horizontal wrinkles across the top of the nose known as Bunny Lines. They are created by the screwing-up or wrinkling of the nose. In some people, these lines are very prominent but, fortunately, they can be easily eliminated through the use of BOTOX.
This patient has a very expressive face and therefore when she laughs or frowns, bunny lines tend to appear (as in the picture below).
